Iraq's Prime Minister Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz presided on Tuesday over the signing ceremony for the energy cooperation principles agreement in Iraq—Phase Four.
The Prime Minister's Media Office stated, in a release received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "Prime Minister Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz oversaw the signing ceremony of the energy cooperation principles agreement in Iraq—Phase Four—between the Ministry of Electricity and Siemens."
