The truth is that if something is possible today, it will not necessarily be possible tomorrow. This is a very simple thing that our authorities did not understand, this is an alphabet policy.

In other words, for 23 years, our authorities behaved like gambling players, making new bets, trying to win more, and therefore losing what they have already won.
