Armenian Apostolic Holy Church The Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin (19 June 2024)

On June 19, in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; received members of the administrative and district council of the Armenian community of Beyoglu region of the Armenian Patriarchate of Constantinople [İstanbul], who arrived in Armenia on pilgrimage. They were accompanied by Rev. Fr. Archimandrite Harutyun Tamatyanand, spiritual Dean of the Armenian churches of the Beyoglu region and chairman of the district council Mr. Axel Topalyan.

At the meeting, the Archimandrite, introducing the pilgrims to His Holiness, conveyed information about the activities of the Armenian community in the Beyoglu district in Constantinople.

Conveying his blessings to the pilgrim Armenians, the Armenian Patriarch spoke with satisfaction about the strong faith, devotion towards service, ecclesiasticism and unconditional love of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin of the Armenian community in [İstanbul]. On this occasion, His Holiness urged the pilgrim Armenians of [İstanbul] to strengthen their faith in God with the same zeal, love for the Mother Church and preserve the consciousness of national identity.
