On December 16, in Luxembourg, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan had a meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Grand Duchy of Luxembourg Xavier Bettel.

The interlocutors reaffirmed the high level of political dialogue between Armenia and Luxembourg, emphasizing that it is developing on the basis of mutual trust, shared values, and common interests. Both sides underlined that relations between Armenia and Luxembourg are of a strategic nature, as reflected in the joint programs being implemented, as well as in Luxembourg’s support for the development of Armenia’s democracy and resilience.

Issues on the Armenia–EU partnership were touched upon, in particular the effective use of mechanisms aimed at implementing the new, more ambitious strategic agenda.
