Although there was no formal date, last Tuesday, on June 11, it was expected that the report of the high representative of the European Union for foreign policy and security, Josep Borrell, would be published on Kosovo's fulfillment of the conditions for the lifting of the EU measures, Radio Slobodna reported today. 

Diplomatic sources in Brussels told RFE/RL's Albanian service that the presentation of this report is now expected to be on June 19, at a meeting of the EU's Policy and Security Committee. However, this is also only an "attempt" as there can be no guarantee that this will happen.
