Iraq's Prime Minister Ali Faleh al-Zaidi emphasized on Thursday the importance of strengthening trade and economic exchange between Iraq and [Türkiye] and opening new investment opportunities.

The Prime Minister’s Media Office stated in a press release received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that “Prime Minister Ali Faleh al-Zaidi received the Ambassador of the Republic of [Türkiye] to Iraq, Anil Bora Inan.”

“The meeting reviewed bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and ways to enhance and expand their partnership for the benefit of both sides,” the statement added.
