IRAQI PARLIAMENT ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF PREPARATIONS FOR THE FIRST SESSION OF ITS SIXTH TERM

The Secretary-General of the Iraqi Parliament, Safwan al-Jarjeri, confirmed on Sunday that preparations are complete and the Parliament is ready to convene its first session of its sixth term tomorrow.
Al-Jarjeri told the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "all logistical arrangements for the first session of the sixth term of the Iraqi Parliament have been finalized."
He added that "the Speaker has reviewed the procedures undertaken by the General Secretariat of the Parliament regarding tomorrow's session."
