The Iraqi Prime Minister’s Media Office said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that “Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani received Croatian Foreign Minister Gordan Grlić Radman and his accompanying delegation.”

During the meeting, the two sides discussed bilateral relations and ways to enhance cooperation across various vital sectors, particularly energy and investment, in a way that serves the common interests of both countries.

According to the statement, Al-Sudani highlighted “the importance of strengthening longstanding bilateral ties and boosting economic and investment cooperation by taking advantage of the opportunities available in Iraq.”
