A conference titled "The Kyrgyz Republic’s Chairmanship of the Organization of Turkic States" was held on Monday, 8 September, with His Excellency Ruslan Kazakbaev, Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Ankara, as the keynote speaker. The conference was dedicated to the preliminary outcomes of the Kyrgyz Republic’s term presidency of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).

Ambassador Ruslan Kazakbaev elaborated on the rising importance of the OTS in fostering regional and international cooperation across Eurasia, emphasizing that the Organization has overcome numerous prejudices and obstacles over the years. Furthermore, Ambassador Kazakbaev underlined the significance of the "Turkic World Vision 2040" and the "Bishkek Declaration" documents that have been adopted by the OTS.

The conference was concluded with a Q&A session.
