Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan noted progress in the delimitation process of the Armenia-Azerbaijan border.

Speaking in an interview with a Finnish news agency, he described this as positive news in the process of normalizing relations with Azerbaijan.

“There is a border, and we know where it is. It is defined by the Alma-Ata Declaration of 1991, signed by the former Soviet republics, where administrative boundaries became state borders. Of course, the commissions of the two countries must work together on further delimitation and clear demarcation.”
