Hraparak daily of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes as follows, in particular: Russian ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopyrkin has been manifesting obvious activeness in recent weeks; he has met with the 3 RA presidents, political circles, has been giving interviews to Armenia’s media. Our source dealing with Russian circles says that Russia is taking a course of getting active again in Armenia—conditioned by geopolitical developments.

It has decided to restore its positions. If the RA authorities are ready to return to the Russian line again, then they [i.e. Moscow] will start working with them. [But] if they [the RA authorities] continue to play games between the North and the West, then it is not excluded that they [i.e. Moscow] will support a change of power in Armenia.
