In a statement from Turkish Airlines (THY), it was noted that there were posts in some social media and internet news outlets regarding the "indefinite suspension of Erbil flights."

In the statement, which emphasized that these claims do not reflect the truth, it was stated, "During the time when Iranian airspace is closed, our Baghdad flights have been rescheduled to daytime hours in accordance with operational requirements, and flights continue to be operated. Our Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, and Basra flights are also being carried out in accordance with the schedule."
