On October 21, 2013 the Center for Eurasian Studies - represented by Director Retired Ambassador Alev Kılıç - and the Institute of International Relations, National Cheng-Chi University (NCCU) of Taiwan – represented by Director Dr. Shuh-Fan Ding – have signed an agreement for scientific and research cooperation. The purpose of the agreement is for the two parties to engage in scientific and research cooperation on Eurasian studies and related economic and geopolitical topics.
