Iraqi President Abd al-Latif Jamal Rashid discussed Iraq’s relations with Iran and Palestine.

The Presidency of the Republic of Iraq said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): “President Abd al-Latif Jamal Rashid received on Monday at the Baghdad Palace the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Iraq, Ahmed Al-Ruwaidi, on the occasion of the end of his term.”

Rashid affirmed Iraq’s supportive stance toward the Palestinian cause and its support for the Palestinian people in achieving their legitimate rights.
