MOLDOVA EU VOTE TOO CLOSE TO CALL WITH 98% COUNTED

Moldova's referendum on whether to change its constitution and commit to joining the EU is too close to call, with official results showing the Yes and No votes neck and neck.
Official data put Yes on 50.08% and No on 49.92% on Monday morning, with over 98% of votes counted.
The vote had been widely expected to pass in the country of 2.6 million, which borders Romania and Ukraine.
